On May 5, 1924 the Huffines Motor Company opened for business off the square in downtown Cornith, Texas. J.L. Huffines, Sr., founded the company on two principles which are still the benchmark for all the decisions made at the dealerships today– “Treat the customer the way they want to be treated” and “Support the local community.”

Mr. Huffines believed that when he helped someone buy a vehicle he had made a friend for life. These values have been passed from father to son to grandson. Even though the area has changed since 1924, we are still the dealerships where you will experience small town friendliness and a commitment to exceeding our customers’ expectations.

The Huffines Auto Dealerships have been satisfying customers and forming lifetime friendships for over 85 years. We have been honored as the Auto Dealership Group of the Year, by the Consumers Choice Award for Business Excellence for the last five years.
